Yes, and it's all included in the price.
When are your bouncy castles and slides available?
Our bouncy castles and slides are available for hire seven days a week, all year round, including holidays.
Are Bouncing Kiwi’s Castle Hire members of any recognized organisations?
Yes, we are members of SIOTO (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organisation).
How do I pay and do I have to pay a deposit?
We accept cash or cheque. No, we don't operate a bond or deposit system. However, we do ask for payment on delivery of the castle.
Do you give a discount if I hire more than two Castles or slides together?
Yes, we have put together a selection of "Party Packs" to suit all occasions and budgets, which offer substantial savings. Please phone us for more details.
What about the weather?
Most of our bouncy castles have built-in shower/shade covers. If it rains and the bouncing area gets wet, give the bouncy castle a quick dry with a towel and carry on bouncing! We also offer a “FREE” of charge cancellation option in the event of bad weather. If it is very wet or windy and you no longer want the inflatable you have booked, you can cancel the booking by phoning us by 7:00am on the day of hire. Because we don't operate a deposit system, you don't have to pay a cent! For safety reasons, we cannot allow a hire to proceed if there are high winds or heavy rain on the day.
