When do you deliver the castles/slides?
We deliver from 7:00am and during busy summer periods we deliver on a geographical round basis. However, we try to be as flexible as possible so please ask at the time of booking if you need a specific time slot. We do of course give precise times if the hire is booked for an indoor venue, such as community centres or village halls, or if the hire is for a school gala or fund-raising event.
Are their any delivery fees?
We provide a free delivery service for the South Auckland area. If you live outside these areas, a small delivery charge may be added to the hire rate. But even with this LOW extra charge, we will still be the better option for your party or function.
How long can I keep the bouncy castle/slide?
We normally deliver in the morning and collect in the evening, but we try to be as flexible as possible so please ask at the time of booking. If you hire a bouncy castle or slide for only a few hours, such as for an indoor event or an after-school activity, the same price will apply, as the same amount of work is required. Our normal collection times are between 5:00pm - 7:00pm, but this can vary depending on the time of year. Bouncy castles and slides must be well lit if used in the dark for safety reasons.
How soon do I have to book?
During the summer months we are very busy, particularly at weekends and bank holidays, so you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. However, we will accept bookings as late as the same day, so it's always worth a phone call if you do make a last minute decision.
How long does it take to set-up and remove a bouncy castle/slide/?
Approximately 20 minutes, depending on access.
